Sculpture: 'Cape Buffalo (Little/Small Wallowing Bronze Small sculptures/statuette)' by Brandon Borgelt
Small Bronze Male or Bull African Buffalo Wallowing enjoying the cool mud Statues For Sale.- but always a Wild Beast with Immense Strength and agility, Brilliantly Portraid by Brandon Borgelt from observation in the Wild in Africa one of the Iconic African Big Animals
This `Daggga Boy`, a term given to old, Lone Males who are known for their grumpy and belligerent demeanour, is lying in a mud-wallow and has just become aware of possible danger. He is Staring Intently down his nose in a manner that someone accurately captured when he remarked, "He was glaring at me like I owed him money". Anyone familiar with the notorious Cape Buffalo understands that expression all too well.

"The problem of contemporary sculpture and the garden is one which has rankled in my mind for years. It is usually resolved through a process of inversion-that is turning it into sculpture in the garden as against garden sculpture. By that I mean the sculptor takes over the garden as an open exhibition gallery, of which the focus is their creation, to which the world of nature merely provides the frame. The Idea that sculpture is a contributory element to an overall'mise en scene',in which, sometimes its role may be incedental rather than central, has been lost.In this we have seen the betrayall of the great tradition of garden sculpture, one which was unashamed at being decorative or delightful."
