Profile image of Christine CloseChristine Close is a figurative artist who specialises in the animal and human form.With a university background in zoology and animal behaviour she spends many hours observing and photographing animals in order to capture that special pose or moment in time. Her work is initially modelled in clay and then cast in foundry bronze, resins and recycled glass. All sculptures are in limited editions.

Sculpture description:
This a lively example of Christine Close`s skill of catching wild life in the `act`. A life size fox stretching forwards to view a likely dinner. The sculpture is made from iron resin that takes on a rust appearance when outdoors. se also her other wild life sculptures...Hare Line, Hare style, Hare Grip, Hare Spring, Polarize (Polar Bear), SeaLion, trust Me (another Fox Sculpture).

This fox can be coupled with the duckling Naivety.
