Profile image of Marzia ColonnaBorn in Pisa, Marzia Colonna was accepted into art school at the age of twelve. This was followed by the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence, and then a move to England with her husband in 1970. Work initially concentrated on drawing and sculpture. Colonna`s first exhibition in London was held at the Campbell and Franks Gallery in 1979. Subsequently, her work developed into an exploration of the body merging as the body becomes landscape.

Her work is in many collections, both in Europe, the United States and Australasia.

Customer comment on 'Red Kite (Steel Bird of Prey life size garden sculptures)' by Ramsay Dick
Hi Peter,

The Red Kite arrived today and WOW !!

Its fantastic, I have spoken to the artist today to congratulated him on his work.
Its in place in our garden and my family are soooooo thrilled with it, he certainly
is a clever guy and very talented. I know we will get many more positive comments throughout
the summer and can only say a very big thank you for the opportunity to own something
that we would not think of having.... [Read more]
