Aluminium Abstract Contemporary or Modern Outdoor Outside Exterior Garden / Yard sculptures statuary sculpture by sculptor Glynis Owen titled: 'Caldera (Circular abstract Metal Indoors Inside Circular sculptures)' - Artwork View 1
Sculpture description:
Caldera, meaning a circular volcanic depression, led to the idea for this sparkling, glittering metal sculpture. Completed this year, it is part of a new series of work based on the sculptor`s fascination with the diversity and unique quality of landscape.

The sculpture turns on a central pivot to reveal the reflected light, colours, texture and detail of each sphere.
Artist's comments:
My new work draws very much on my love of the landscape and the extraordinary diversity created by glacial forces, wind and water. This piece takes its texture from natural elements which I have contrasted with bright polished areas to create an exciting dynamic.

Customer comment on 'Running Hare (Small bronze spring Mad March statuettes/sculptures)' by Lucy Kinsella
Thank you again for your wonderful and professional assistance throughout. I am so enjoying my "Running Hare"....I call her Lucy. I received a lovely email from Lucy (Lucy Kinsella the Sculptress) earlier this week and the Running Hare (www.artparks.co.uk/s1104) is now safely in my possession. As I told Lucy, the piece is more beautiful and delicate than I had been expecting. She is very special..

Thank you so much for the part you played in bringing us t... [Read more]
