Sculpture description:
a simple pillar 5m tall of sweet chestnut, this sculpture stands in a remote spot beside the River Witham. Alluding to the once meandering course of the river in feminine curves the sides of this sculpture are carved with a line from Tennyson`s "The Brook"; "For men may come and men may go, but I go on forever"
Artist's comments:
This was a rare opportunity to produce a public sculpture from a sculptural idea rather than a figurative theme, it is basic but still appeals to me.

Customer comment on 'Standing female (nude Contemporary Wall statue/decoration/sculpture)' by William Ashley-Norman
This lovely sculpture has been arrived without any problem. Now it is sitting in my house. We will move it to our new place for public showcase when the whole decoration has finished.

I will keep you update with our project soon. Thanks for your big help, anyway. We are still evaluating the whole space to see if we need to purchase one or two Nikki Taylor`s sculptures as well.
