Sculpture description:
Small or Little Bronze Proud Standing Poised statues or statuettes or sculptures or ornament for sale for display on the Desktop or Table Top, on the Shelf in Office or Indoors Inside Interior the House or Home, My thought was to portray a man who is proud of the way he moves through the world. He is proud of his accomplishments and his family and friends. He has earned the right to feel this way about himself. He is a good man who moves through his life with consciousness. There is no anger, defiance or arrogance mingling with his feeling of pride. He doesn?t need those attitudes. He is a grounded, balanced happy man and moves through the world with a small grin reflecting his joy. His pride is the result of his diligent efforts to be the best man he can be, not an easy thing in this world that can be so difficult to navigate. This stunning piece is supplied in a gift box complete with a hand signed certificate of authenticity.
Artist's comments:
"The slight movement of a shoulder, up or over, a change in the tilt of a head, an adjustment of the torso, or legs, to accentuate or relieve tension. We are complex emotional creatures and our body language reflects this." Ann Seifert has been sculpting since 1986. She has worked under two mentors: Janet Lederman and Loet Vanderveen, providing her with an education in sculpting technique, perspective, and design spanning more than 20 years. In 1999, after years of work and study, she produced her first limited edition bronze sculpture, "A Moment of Grace", the first of many figurative designs. In 2001 she also introduced a new line of animal sculpture. Her portfolio of animal and figurative sculpture designs continues to grow and her work is on display in collector`s homes around the world. "It is a delightful challenge to sculpt animals in a pose which displays something about their character?a loyal dog, a quiet attentive feline, an elegant swan?the goal being to capture something of their basic nature.".
