Profile image of Nicholas B. DaddazioDaddazio`s subject and sculptural niche since 1992 has been and continues to be necktie sculpture (Contemporary Urban Primitive Art) in both bronze and mixed-media. He studies the necktie as an icon and symbol of Western culture, rather than a fashion statement. He is also the first artist in the four hundred year history of the cravat/necktie to make figurative and representational bronze sculptures of the necktie/cravat. Sculpture description:
These solid bronze necktie sculptures are mounted on black marble bases. They were commissioned and cast in August 2013 in New York, and the foundry used the Lost Wax Method. The Repp Stripe Bronze Necktie Sculpture was originally modeled in plaster in 1992 and is part of the original collection. The first Brown Stripe was profiled in Forbes Magazine.

Additional commissions of the original bronze necktie sculptures from 1992 are available as long as the rubber mold is still in tact. Images of the original collection are on ArtParkS International web site as well as my own web site: www.necktiesculpture.com. My web site acts as an archive for all the original bronze necktie sculptures that were first cast in bronze and, however, it has not been updated to include new sculptures. New work is posted on ArtParkS, and images of new work are available by email.
