Sculpture description:
This Sculpture is reminiscing the standing stones of the UK. Appearing to balance these pit-fired ceramic pieces are not glazed but have been painted by the smoke in the fire of the earth kiln.
Artist's comments:
Early colours are infused into the porous clay creating one of my most popular pieces. Due to the firing process and to the fact the pieces are handmade not using a mould - no two pieces are the same.
