Profile image of Marzia ColonnaBorn in Pisa, Marzia Colonna was accepted into art school at the age of twelve. This was followed by the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence, and then a move to England with her husband in 1970. Work initially concentrated on drawing and sculpture. Colonna`s first exhibition in London was held at the Campbell and Franks Gallery in 1979. Subsequently, her work developed into an exploration of the body merging as the body becomes landscape.

Her work is in many collections, both in Europe, the United States and Australasia.

Customer comment on 'Running Hare (Small Bronze spring Mad March sculpture)' by Lucy Kinsella
Thank you again for your wonderful and professional assistance throughout. I am so enjoying my "Running Hare"....I call her Lucy.
