He then went to Paris to study painting at the Academie de la Grande Chaumiere and Academie Julienne and etching and engraving at S.W. Hayter`s Atelier 17. Customer comment on 'Egret on Alert (Standing Water Bird statue/sculpture/statuette)' by Kenneth Potts
Ken, Peter

Thank you both, and especially of course Ken, for your trouble over the
egret sculpture. I am very glad to say that it is now installed in our
garden, and we are delighted with it. Lucy has decided it should be called
Elgar, in memory of the work you are currently doing, Ken.

I attach a couple of pictures showing Elgar the Egret on his stand and in
his setting above the rockery by the pond.

Tim, Devizes, Wiltshire, United Kingdom.
