Simon Mahoney [more info]
| Simon’s work is beautifully sculpted he’s a perfectionist this comes from his experience as a commercial sculptor, he now loves to play with scale and his work entertains adults and children alike as he tends to leave parts of the sculpture as movable. Simon’s work is effective in any scale and surrounding, the powerful heads have a wonderful presence and they are like the portrait in the hall the follows you with it’s stare. Simon has worked on public art pieces also. His work contains a gentle sense of fun, which is very much him. | ||||||||||||||||

| Because of the immense demand in Holland for his scultures, there seems scarcely a town there that does not have at least one of his works. Joanna Mallin-Davies BA(hons), ARBS, DBS [more info] | ||||||||||||||||
| Joanna is welsh-born, but has lived and worked in many places in the world, including Asia. Most recently, she lived and worked for some years on the edge of a fjørd in North Denmark, before moving to Firenze, where she currently lives. Her work is touched by the influences of all these diverse cultures. Joanna"s education is in ceramics, a training that instilled in her a belief in ‘truth to material’. Thus, when she developed her work into bronze, she apprenticed with a bronze caster and subsequently worked in a fine art foundry for several years. Now, after almost 20 years of making sculpture, Joanna is returning to the source; immersing herself in the Art of the ‘masters’, in the museums of Paris and Firenze, and working with italian artisan foundaries; where the "lost wax" method of bronze-casting that is used throughout the world today was first developed. | ||||||||||||||||

Vivien Mallock FRBS [more info]
| Vivien Mallock's treatment of bronze, is a shining example of what can be achieved by a combination of an open mind, acute observation and mastery of technique. This amalgam adds the qualities of movement, subtlety of texture and a tactile use of patination, which transforms the medium into something more than mere three-dimensional art. Vivien's large works in Normandy, Portsmouth and Whitehall are examples of what she can achieve when given the opportunity to fill a large public space, capturing the spirit and poignancy of war and peace. | ||||||||||||||||

Anna Mariani-Mauger [more info]
| There is a metaphysical element to Anna`s work, which is expressed symbolically, surrealistically or through mythology and described by her as a fourth dimension. "I find it is my hands which know what to do as long as I don’t let my head be the boss". Anna Mariani-Mauger was born in Leicestershire, England in 1949 the eldest of seven children. She had her first exhibition at age 17 selling a number of large paintings of semi-abstract style. Throughout a somewhat turbulant domestic life with periods abroad in the Far East and Ireland Anna continued to paint intermittently; eventually taking up residence in France in 1999. She spent some years living in a huge isolated ruin with no road, running water or electricity on top of a mountain in the South of France. She met up again with Gabriel Mariani, the sculptor whose work she had discovered in 1980 which had left a profound & lasting impression. With Gabriel’s guidance Anna acquired the techniques necessary to produce the Bronze Sculptures which she shows with increasing success. Anna and Gabriel have embarked on adventures together with their work exploring new territories. They have spent their time in Mexico and Sicily over the past two years recently settling near Granada in Andalucia - Southern Spain. The influences of these cultures emerges in the work. | ||||||||||||||||
